This was the first office building that Dorsel both initiated and built, comprising of four stories and an underground parking facility, in Yokneam’s Science Park.
The built-up area spans 6,100 square meters for offices and warehouses, along with 60 parking spaces. Its main occupants are SYNEL MLL PayWay Ltd, a company specializing in human resource management software, and EMT, a manufacturer of electronic components.
